Michelle Patterson

Patterson has twenty-five years of experience in human resources and management.  A member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a SHRM-Certified Professional, she served as Human Resources Coordinator EPIC Systems, Inc. for five years.  She was involved with all aspects of recruiting, employee onboarding, HR management, payroll, and benefits management for EPIC’s St. Louis location.  Previously, she spent almost twenty years in retail management.  She managed stores for Rampage/Charlotte Russe, Bath and Body Work, and Crabtree & Evelyn.  She served as an area manager for Dillard’s, overseeing a staff of 55 with a $13 million sales quota.  She began her career as a sales associate with Famous Barr, being promoted to Clothing Department Manager and Area Manager.  Collectively, she has successfully overseen hundreds of employees, consistently managing her teams to achieve their sales goals.
